Delivery and Shipping

Delivery of the ordered goods will be made after receipt of full payment, delivery in Italy will be included in the price for orders above a pre-established value, currently set at €48 (excluding VAT). For deliveries abroad, delivery is free for orders over €75, for the United Kingdom €150.

For smaller orders we reserve the right to ask for a shipping cost contribution. The free delivery and cost conditions must always be checked on the site, as they can be launched without notice.

Returns and Replacements

Returns of goods are accepted ONLY if agreed in writing with the Management. Any returns via agreed courier must be commissioned exclusively by Politecnici s.r.l. Otherwise the shipping costs will be entirely borne by the customer.
The right of withdrawal, valid for private consumers, is excluded, pursuant to art. 59 Legislative Decree 21/2014 for products made to measure or clearly personalized, such as by way of example the request for colors not present in the catalog or dimensions or shapes different from the standard ones indicated in the catalogue.

Orders

Orders will only be accepted if sent in writing (website – fax – letter – email).
